Global standard industries LLC and GSI Industries LLC Fredric Sealy and Eric Engie along with a local resident I new scammed me out of $250,000.00. I have a contract that was supposed to be paid back in7 days with a 10 % profit. I have been fighting with them for over a year to get my money back. O New york,New york New York

I am guessing no. But they threatened you to file this update to say you are happy with GSI or you would never see your money... Am I correct? Don't believe the lies. You won't see your money again...

First I would like to make a statement that I am in fact pleased to be working with Global Standard Industries LLC at this time. I apologize to all those reading this, that I made this post in a brief moment of frustration and confusion, in part caused by incomplete information provided by a project manager during our expansion phase. In my many years in the construction industry, I have become accustomed to direct action and clear swift results. I am happy to report that my company is growing and I have a lot of work on my hands on a daily basis. Because of this I had assigned the Global Standard set of projects to a newer staff member, who is one of my project managers. Based upon portions of miscommunication, the delays that can occur with larger development projects and a long, long day at work, I reached a brief moment of discouragement and lack of perspective.  

I have to say that it amounted to 36 to 48 hours, because I was able to confer with the senior execs within the Real Estate Department at Global Standard, who cleared up my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations in the way we have continued to structure the current set of projects and opportunities that it provides for me as a builder/ developer and investment principal. I have come to appreciate their professionalism and concern even more.  We are now proceeding with the largest developments of my career in my long term partnership with Global Standard Industries. I am currently ecstatic about the group of developments that we have in action. We have a set totaling 25 million USD developments in the Philadelphia area, along with a  $50 million dollar set in the Detroit, Michigan area. These two regional projects cover Multi-family, Retail and Office, light industrial developments. In both Naples and Miami Florida areas we have a total of between $45 to $50 million USD in Multi-family and Master Plan communities proceeding.
